Our Responsibility
Veridos is deeply committed to ecological and social sustainability — and we are working to strengthen that commitment by progressively transforming the way we operate.
Environment

Veridos operates in full alignment with our shareholders' ESG objectives, building on G+D's established commitment to sustainability and environmental protection. We approach environmental responsibility holistically — driving progress across climate action, water consumption, waste management, and the development of products engineered for reduced environmental impact.
Our Goals
Social
Appreciation & Respect
Veridos recognizes and values the unique background and perspective each individual brings. Appreciation and respect are not just ideals — they are embedded in our culture and shape how we work together every day. We cultivate an environment where every team member feels seen, heard, and empowered to grow. This foundation of mutual respect is what makes Veridos a great place to work.
Diversity, Inclusion & Equal Opportunities
At Veridos, diversity is a strength and inclusion is a standard. We are committed to creating a workplace where everyone has equal opportunity to succeed, and where people are evaluated solely on their abilities and performance — free from bias. By embracing the full breadth of talent within our workforce, we unlock the perspectives and capabilities that drive our collective success.
Human Rights & Labour Standards
Veridos is firmly committed to respecting and protecting human rights — guided by internationally recognized frameworks including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and the UK Modern Slavery Act. We hold ourselves and our business partners to these standards, ensuring compliance across our entire value chain. But compliance is our baseline, not our ambition. We strive to advance social inclusion and set the standard — not simply meet it.
Inclusive Solutions in Our Product Portfolio
We believe legal identity is a human right. Aligned with the United Nations' goal of providing a legal identity for all by 2030 (SDG 16.9), we work to enable social, political, and financial participation for everyone. Today, an estimated 850 million people worldwide still cannot prove who they are — a barrier that denies them basic rights and excludes them from society. Delivering solutions to close this gap is central to our mission.
Governance
At Veridos, we secure trusted identities for everyone by delivering holistic solutions to governments and their citizens. Our business success is based on us acting in a manner that builds trust and is moral and responsible.
Compliance and Integrity
Everything we do at Veridos is grounded in responsible governance, legal compliance, and integrity. Our Code of Conduct provides a clear framework for ethical and lawful conduct in daily operations. Our Compliance Management System (CMS) supports legal adherence across the Group, helping us identify risks, address issues proactively, and investigate potential breaches. Concerns — from employees or third parties — can be reported anonymously via our whistleblowing tool. Our goal is to protect and reinforce the trust placed in Veridos — through principled management and the personal integrity of every employee.
Our Goals
- Regular employee compliance training
- Ongoing maintenance and advancement of our CMS
- Zero-tolerance approach toward corruption — without exception
Human Rights & Responsible Supply Chains
Protecting human rights is fundamental to how Veridos operates and governs itself. Our Code of Conduct formalizes our commitment to nationally and internationally recognized standards, including the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. We expect these principles to be upheld across every Veridos subsidiary and by our supply chain partners. We take a proactive approach to identifying and addressing human-rights-related risks — driven not only by legal requirements, but by our own values and sense of responsibility.
Our Goals:
We are introducing a dedicated Management System, built on our existing CMS, to ensure compliance with human rights due diligence requirements across the supply chain.
Data Privacy
Within our Corporate Digital Responsibility framework, data privacy and security represent our highest obligation — to our customers first and foremost, as well as to our employees and business partners. We operate a global data management system built to ensure consistent, group-wide adherence to rigorous data privacy and security standards, setting the bar for data protection across the organization.
Our Goals:
Preserve and strengthen our data privacy standards through sustained compliance with the requirements of our Binding Corporate Rules.
